Work Forms
Students need to submit three work forms each term: an Assignment Record during the first two weeks and a Work Report and Student Performance Evaluation during the last two weeks.
Please submit your Assignment Record and Work Report directly through P2D2. After you’ve logged in to P2D2, click on the “Home” tab and then choose “Assignment Record ” or “Work Report” from the left-hand column.
